My rear tyre seems to be consistently deflating --- quite slowly, but much faster than the front tyre.

Frustrating, this is, as it is only ~16000km old and not otherwise in need of replacement yet :-(Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13767305461631761203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4023878807110224913.post-84437123761946782622010-12-30T10:46:38.805-08:002010-12-30T10:46:38.805-08:00New to me! Yes, I hadn't forgotten about locksmiths when I wrote it.

A locksmith doesn't really provide an equivalent service, though. It might be rather more convenient to have the key come to wherever you are (your workplace, perhaps?) so that you don't have to wait for a locksmith to turn up when you get home.

Yeah, it's rather tenuous. I rather like being an employee, so this was only ever idle speculation, of the sort that one might have while locked out of one's house :-/Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13767305461631761203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4023878807110224913.post-40233925346744304572009-12-20T20:38:45.435-08:002009-12-20T20:38:45.435-08:00The use of a PO box kind of invalidates the whole ...The use of a PO box kind of invalidates the whole enterprise, doesn't it?
Also, a locksmith (your primary competition) will charge about $90, so that's your price point for an unplanned lockout...

i'd shelve it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4023878807110224913.post-29430184148473218852009-12-05T04:21:42.307-08:002009-12-05T04:21:42.307-08:00I know a guy that runs a similar service, but he d...I know a guy that runs a similar service, but he doesn't need your key, and for an extra fee he has never seen you before in his life ;)Jasehttp://www.neuromesh.netnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4023878807110224913.post-58418820312071015402009-10-18T15:46:53.519-07:002009-10-18T15:46:53.519-07:00Sure, why not? If you only ever ride short distances it will be rough all the time... but it has a very obvious change of character after 150km or so. Maybe related to carbon buildup in the combustion chamber that some good highway riding cleans out, don't really know thoughAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13767305461631761203noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4023878807110224913.post-76644346970068920502009-10-18T15:01:09.284-07:002009-10-18T15:01:09.284-07:00But... 800km a week on the thumper?
